By using Afflyt, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the service.

The service is available exclusively to adult users (18+ years) residing in Italy. By registering, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and reside in Italy.

Afflyt is an affiliate marketing automation platform that allows you to:

• •Automatically discover deals and discounts on Amazon
• •Automatically publish to Telegram channels
• •Monitor analytics and campaign performance
• •Manage Amazon Associates affiliate tags

The service is provided "as is" and may be subject to changes, interruptions, or discontinuity at any time, with prior notice to users.

To use Afflyt, you must:

• •Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• •Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• •Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use
• •Not share your account with third parties

You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

Afflyt offers different subscription plans:

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.

By using Afflyt, you agree NOT to:

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Afflyt is not responsible for:

• •Damages resulting from service interruptions
• •Loss of earnings or affiliate commissions
• •Changes to third-party affiliate programs
• •Content published by users on their channels

Afflyt's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or through platform notification.

Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the changes, you may delete your account.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Padua shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

For consumers residing in the EU, the protections provided by the regulations of their country of residence remain applicable.
